Hey, I’m Sally – a freelance editor and copywriter, specialising in content marketing for retail and lifestyle brands. I enjoy bringing brand messaging to life across all consumer touchpoints, including websites, editorial, blog posts, email newsletters, paid-social campaigns and magazines.
MY STORY
I’m based in Brighton, England, and after working in London for many years, I’ve now set up my own copy and content business.
I originally trained as a magazine journalist at Cardiff University (NCTJ accredited) and for the last decade I’ve been an editor at leading London creative agencies, specialising in B2C branded content for the UK’s biggest retailers, working across food, recipes, drinks, interiors, wellness, beauty, travel and fashion. I also have experience in internal comms and B2B journalism for the drinks, restaurant and hospitality industries.
My services include copywriting, ideation, blog posts, content strategy, tone of voice, feature writing and editing, and I can help you with all aspects of producing copy and content for digital and print. Think of me as a mini content team – someone who’s experienced, versatile and makes your work life easier!
